We are thrilled that Lily Cockerill, who recently completed her 2-year graduate rotation through various departments in Unipart Rail, has been shortlisted for the Rail Staff Graduate or Newcomer Award.
Lily - who started with us in 2017 - has this year settled in Bid Management after six month stints in four different departments. She said "It's been really interesting to see how business operates across lots of different departments - I could never have got such a breadth of experience by simply starting in a new job after university."
Lucy Weaver - HR Director who supervised Lily's placements - said "All our Graduates have been a joy to supervise, and Lily stood out as being enthusiastic, personable and eager to learn. I'm thrilled that she has chosen to remain with us in Bid Management and we hope that she will be with us for the long-term."
