Park Signalling Celebrates Professional Development

Park Signalling engineers John Chaddock, Chris Johnson, Paul Morris and Ayberk Ustaoglu all sat - and passed - the Certificate in Railway Control Engineering Fundamentals (Module A) examination, a stand-alone qualification, and the start of the new Advanced Diploma in Railway Control Engineering journey being developed by the IRSE.

The Institution of Railway Signal Engineers (IRSE) is the global professional institution for all those engaged in or associated with railway signalling and telecommunications, train control, traffic management and allied professions. Each year, the IRSE offer an annual examination worldwide, by which members can demonstrate their knowledge and understanding of a broad range of technical and operational subjects relevant to train control and communications.

The IRSE announced in early April 2021, the results of their 2020 Professional development examination modules. Due to the COVID-19 epidemic, all modules were sat remotely for the first time in the history of the IRSE in October 2020.

Park Signalling wishes to acknowledge and celebrate the fact that all the engineers passed the examination, demonstrating their personal commitment to their own professional development and their contribution to the continued success of Park Signalling and the Unipart Group.

Adding Value with CSR, Safety, Increased Digital, Increased Performance, Delivered Innovation, Optimised Costs and Reduced Risk.
