Supply Chain and Technology & Product Solutions were our themes at Innotrans this year. Transformational skills that address the challenges of the rail industry across the asset life cycle by working collaboratively with our partners to improve performance, reduce risk and optimise cost.
Visitors to our stand immersed themselves in our 'Virtual Reality' experience - depot and trackside activities transformed by their actions and they saw how the transformation translates into value - for you AND their customer.
We also had our 'Augmented Reality' experience which showed how some of our technologies transform the build and maintenance of assets and improve the environments in which your teams work.
Unipart Dorman and Park Signalling also had technologies represented on the stand which drew interest from Infrastructure owners from across the world - systems that reduce cost or risk are always of interest!
Bringing together Technology and the Supply Chain is our concept for the Condition Based Supply Chain. Each product monitored and measured, off-target performance identifies and alerted, and the supply chain automated to deliver the right part, to the right place at the right time. At the right cost. Chris Grayling, Secretary of State for Transport, visited our stand and Digital Director, David McGorman, demonstrated the Paradigm Insight system which turns data into actionable information and alerts - a step forward in predictive maintenance data integration.
