McCulloch Rail and Unipart Rail have been working together to introduce the McCulloch TRT (TracRailTransposer) for over a year, but in a new development, Unipart Rail is now manufacturing the TRT's at its Crewe Service Centre.

The TRT is an amazing piece of equipment which significantly reduces the time taken to handle rail sections, as well as being operated by only one Engineer.

Steve Clayton, Manufacturing Director at Unipart Rail said "Our setting up of this new facility is a natural progression for our relationship as we increase sales across the UK and internationally. Manufacturing is one of our core competencies and with our team has set up a fantastic operation here in Crewe."

Colin Neil, Business Director of McCulloch Rail, commented:”We are delighted to develop further the partnership with Unipart Rail as this will give McCulloch Rail the opportunity to meet our ambitions of bringing our current and future unique products to a world-wide market and to further enhance our present UK reputation for innovation, which has always been at the forefront of our strategy. My team has been very impressed with the new facility in Crewe and we look forward to keeping it busy with new orders”.
