Wednesday 27th March 2019 saw the Park Signalling Digital key token machine (DiBloC) product demonstrated to engineers and officials from across the UK railway industry, at the Ecclesbourne Valley Railway in Derbyshire. With the DiBloC product being located at Duffield and Wirksworth, a representation of the control of a single line section was undertaken at two presentations during the day. There was also an opportunity to view additional DiBloC products in a configuration interfaced to TPWS as would be controlled by a signaller. Site trials of this equipment on Network Rail infrastructure are expected to take place later in 2019, in order to work towards and gain full product acceptance.

Wednesday 10th April 2019 saw Park Signalling launch their Network Rail product approved replacement MT04 product for the Mark Two Solid State Interlocking (SSI) Technician’s Terminal, at Signet Solutions Ltd in Derby. Demonstrating the product to engineers and officials from across the UK railway industry, Park Signalling showed how the MT04 equipment can be operated and how it can be interfaced with the Omnicom Balfour Beatty Asset View system. The Park Signalling REMOS dl product for the recording and monitoring of SSI data links was also demonstrated. The eminent Industry & Technology Editor from Modern Railways, Roger Ford, attended the event to say a few words in support of Park Signalling and the ongoing support and potential future development of the SSI and its associated equipment.

Ian James Allison, Business Development Director for Park Signalling said “Demonstrating our technology in a realistic and controlled railway environment allows our potential customers to fully understand our products and decide their particular demands and requirements before placing an order to purchase.”
