The Unipart Dorman Classic which has been the signal of choice on the UK rail network for the past 15 years has delivered once again for new clients in an entirely new market.
In the lead up to being recently awarded the contract to provide all of the new LED signals for Union Station,Toronto, 30 of our Classic Colour Light Signals were initially installed at the station in 2010. The signal's performance has been closely monitored by TTR TorontoTerminal Railways and Metrolinx and are now entering year 8 of what has been a flawless operation. It is a true demonstration of how the skills and expertise we have developed in our home Rail market can really translate to deliver benefits on a global basis.
