Joining forces will allow both businesses to access new markets and continue to develop and expand product ranges in the UK and overseas.

The acquisition took place on 3rd February and the existing Instrumentel Ltd and Unipart Rail teams will be working closely to deliver exciting new projects during 2017.

 

Instrumentel Ltd will continue to operate as an independent business with the ongoing security and support of Unipart Rail. The current team will all remain in place and the business will continue to be led by Dave McGorman as Managing Director.
