Synergies will drive growth
30 December 2015 13:45:40

We are pleased to advise that Unipart Rail has acquired the entire share capital of Park Signalling Limited as of 31st December 2015. The Company will continue to trade as Park Signalling Limited.

We believe that Park Signalling perfectly complements the Unipart Rail product and service portfolio and the synergies will enable both businesses to access new markets and to continue to develop and expand their product range in the UK and overseas.

John Slinn said "We have agreed that the Co-Directors will be remaining with the business in their current roles and I have decided that I will be stepping down as Managing Director of Park Signalling and I am looking forward to taking up the new role of Technical Director. It has been agreed that Anthony Isaacs is appointed General Manager with immediate effect and will take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the business in addition to his current duties. He will report into Mark Morse who reports through to the Unipart Rail Board and is also Unipart Dorman Director and General Manager."

Park Signalling will continue to operate as an independent business with the ongoing security and support of Unipart Rail. We are committed to building on our strong business relationship and will continue to provide products and services in the manner and of the standard that has resulted in Park Signalling attaining its very distinctive and renowned position in the market today.
