Samuel James is a well respected player in the specialised discipline of high quality electrical control panels and switchboards, and its capabilities fit perfectly with our own market-leading signalling and control location case and REB manufacture. Unipart Rail today announces the acquisition of the entire share capital of the business.
Based in Leicester since 1993, Samuel James will continue to be lead by Kim Brown, General Manager. He said "We are very excited by the opportunities this new arrangement opens up to both businesses, both in the UK and overseas. Whilst we will continue to operate as an independent business, we will be able to develop further with the on-going security and support of Unipart Rail."
