Bliss was founded in 1979 by a group of concerned parents who discovered that no hospital had all the equipment it needed to safely care for premature and sick babies.

Determined to do something, these volunteers formed a charity to give vulnerable babies the care they deserve. Almost 40 years later Bliss has grown into the leading UK charity for the 90,000 babies born needing neonatal care every year.

The Unipart Dorman team have been working hard to raise funds for BLISS.  A wide selection of events have been hosted at the Head Office in Southport including raffles, dress down days a Merseyside derby football auction and more impressively the Southport to Blackpool (and back) sponsored bike ride.

The team have worked exceptionally hard to organise the events and together they have raised an impressive £1292.75.

Visit the BLISS website to find out more about how the charity supports the families and premature babies born in the UK.
