The SynchroGUIDE will be evaluated by Indiana DOT during the pilot installations.

Shaddy Hajjar - Vice President, Midwest commented:

"The lights are currently still running on the I-69 Isolux project in Bloomington, everyone from Isolux to INDOT has commented on them and we are recieving really good feedback from the field.  Our plan is to keep them on the I-69 project and also add two further tapers in Indianapolis."

A few examples of comments recieved were:

"The lamps help to make the taper more visible and we saw that traffic improved after installation."

"We are working closely with Isolux and moving the tapers to differenct locations throughout the job, everyone likes them! We have a taper lined at the north corssover to help alert drivers of the up-coming traffic pattern and it's working well."

Roadsafe Traffic Sytems Inc is one of the nations largest providers of traffic control and pavement marking services.
